About Sara

Meet Sara Coomansingh, an Adobe certified designer with a wealth of experience from training with some of the best designers around the world. With her eye for detail and a natural in design, she brings a creative angle to The Web Designer Group. As a true visionary, she boasts an impressive list of associations, with worldwide brands from Adobe, Canva, WordPress and Wocommerce to name a few.

Background Knowledge

Sara follows a natural creative flair; her unique approach to the latest design trends and innovative designs matures into a finished design which tells a thousand words. Sara has hold a Level 3 certification in Customer Service. This combination of people skills and creativity knowledge helps her understand every client’s vision and she is then able produce a design which is professional, eye catching and innovative.

Sara believes branding holds powerful messaging, and something that Sara executes when designing for clients. Holding over ten years of experience, she still manages to keep up-to-date on the latest design trends, industry updates and changes to refresh her impact on her work.

Sara’s also the founder of Velvet Rose, home to the UK’s most luxurious rose box brand. As a entrepreneur and an her keen eye for design, Sara has built Velvet Rose from scratch to becoming the go brand for luxurious hand made gifts. Velvet Rose Box has caught the eye of Celebrities worldwide and been endorsed by many famous names including being featured on TOWIE (Only Way Is Essex).

Behind The Scenes

Her design initiative most certainly continues when out of the office. As one of Sara’s many passions, she loves to indulge in anything creative and designrelated. At the age of 22, she’d already set foot in renovating her home, a fondness she keeps with her today – as she loves nothing more than innovating new designs both her work life and home life.

Also a one for family time, Sara enjoys being a loving mother and wife to her family. Sara uses her spare time to keep healthy through the gym, dancing and singing.

About Zak

Meet Zak Ali, since graduating in 2006, he’s built an impressive portfolio, including partnerships with a wealth of respected brands from Google, Bing and Mailchimp, to name but a few.

‘I’m driven to help small businesses as much as possible. Fuelling them with my knowledge and experience.’

Background Knowledge

Rest assured that we fuel all our background and industry knowledge into our projects at The Web Designer Group. It is no surprise that Zak prioritised his passion for technology throughout his education.

Zak has been fortunate to work/train with some of the top marketers in the US throughout his career. He channels a rare insight into navigating top sites and programs to lift clients to their true potential.

Technology isn’t anything new; from the year 2000, Zak attended College and jump started his career in the tech industry, achieving a diploma in full computer literacy. In the years that followed, he went on to earn a BTEC in Multimedia, and the rest was history. As a natural towards technology, it’s not hard for Zak to swiftly pick up new technologies. He furthers this knowledge by continuous training and refreshing courses; for the industry that never stops moving, this is a crucial effort to help clients maximise performance.

Sharing his knowledge further afield, our sister company ‘ACP Financial’ is another project created by Zak Ali. As the UK’s most prominent merchant comparison site, another successful project that works alongside Worldwide Household Banks, including Barclays, U.S. Bank, Worldpay and Natwest. It’s certainly come a long way, thanks to the efforts of Zak and the rest of the team.

Behind The Scenes

Away from the 9-5, Zak lives a double life as a World Champion in Karate. A hobby that’s been a part of his life from a young age, he’s fought worldwide as part of England’s official Karate Squad’ – if you’re looking for some tips in self-defence, he’s your guy. Nowadays, you’ll likely find him researching the best next supercar or spending time as a family man.
